CLINICAL DIRECTOR

Dr. Kelly completed a double master's in Applied Behavior Analysis and Mental Health. She went on to obtain her Doctorates in Health Sciences with a focus on Epidemiology. For the past 15 years, she has dedicated herself to working with children. Her specializations are in Applied Behavior Analysis, Infant Toddler Development, and severe feeding disorders. Dr. Kelly’s commitment to empathetic, ethical, and excellent services, is the foundation that built Equanimity Behavioral Services. Her commitment is to ensure that every child in our community receives the qualified, necessary early intervention needed to foster children’s independence, and long-term success throughout their lifetime; all while respecting each child’s individuality.

LEAD BCBA

Alina trains and supports BCBAs, and RBTs in the company's values, goals, and operational functions; aiming to foster an inspiring, happy, ethical, warm, and positive environment for all staff at EBS. She leads by example providing strong leadership training to the BCBAs at EBS. She's been working in the field of ABA for several years and has experience working with children, and teenagers with and without developmental disorders. Alina is passionate about giving individuals a voice to be able to express their wants, needs, and advocate for themselves. Alina's uncompromising high standards of quality services, advocacy, and distinction, ensure that everyone at EBS raises to meet those high standards needed to set us apart in our field.

BRIGHT MINDS PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Makenzie is the Program Director for EBS's Bright Minds Intensive ABA Program. Makenzie's specialization in social skills and alternative communication brings to Bright Minds a whole other level of skill maximization and development for our kiddos. Her degree in Behavioral Neuroscience provides unique insight into ABA, allowing her to fully understand how children with Autism work on a physiological, genetic, and developmental level in relation to their mental processes and behaviors. Makenzie's goal for Bright Minds is to create a learning environment that fosters individuality, independence, and acceptance while ensuring a high standard of training and quality within our therapists.

BRIGHT MINDS ASSISTANT PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Angela is one of EBS's Lead RBTs. Her extensive background in child education and development is a testament to her enormous love for helping teach and develop children. Angela is the Assistant program director at Bright Minds, in charge of the training and development of other therapists, as well as coordinating day-to-day operations and activities alongside Makenzie. Angela's unwavering commitment to perfection, paired with her exceptional empathy and passion, ensures proper advocacy for all our children and families within our organization. In addition to her outstanding leadership, management, and organizational skills, Angela is a true mentor and inspiration to all her colleagues encouraging and empowering them to be the best therapists possible.
